Support — Orch Avionics

For help with Orch Avionics products and services — including JEBEDIAH, our supplemental electronic flight bag for macOS — please email orchestr@orchestrsim.com. We typically respond within 1–3 business days. JEBEDIAH — macOS App When reporting an issue, it helps if you include: • Your macOS version (Apple menu → About This Mac) • Jebediah version (Settings tab → About panel, or via the App Store) • What you were trying to do, and what happened instead • A screenshot if the issue is visual Frequently asked Where are my flight plans stored? — In ~/Library/Application Support/Jebediah/routes. They are not transmitted off-device. Why is the Copilot or Terminal tab missing? — The Mac App Store edition is sandboxed and cannot run the bundled CLI tools that those tabs need (llama-server, whisper-cli, system diagnostics). If you require those features, install the Developer-ID build from orchestrsim.com instead. Charts won't download. — Confirm you are connected to the internet, then re-open the Charts tab. The Mac App Store edition fetches FAA Digital Terminal Procedures Publication (DTPP) plates over HTTPS; corporate firewalls or strict VPN profiles can block this. Try outside of work-network conditions. ADS-B traffic isn't appearing. — Jebediah listens for GDL90 broadcasts on UDP port 4000. Make sure your Stratux or compatible receiver is on the same Wi-Fi network as your Mac, and that macOS firewall allows incoming connections to Jebediah (System Settings → Network → Firewall → Options). Crash reports. — Jebediah writes local-only crash reports to ~/Library/Application Support/Jebediah/crashes. Open Settings → Crash Reports → Open Folder to attach them to a support email. We do not auto-upload anything. Refund and cancellation. — Refunds for the Mac App Store version are handled directly by Apple via reportaproblem.apple.com. Direct purchases are not currently offered for the macOS App Store edition. Reminder: Jebediah is provided as a supplemental tool only and must not be used as a primary navigation source. The pilot in command remains responsible for all flight decisions.
